The Team CryoSpa consists of 2 CryoSpa Sports with a shared set of steps. Each CryoSpa can accommodate up to 4 athletes enabling the whole squad of players to get through quickly, saving time post match or post training. The temperature of each CryoSpa can be individually controlled down to 1C, which enables you to set different temperatures in each one to accommodate individual athlete requirements.
Process more players in less time and benefit from the same therapy used by top teams such as AC Milan, Manchester City FC, Fulham FC, Glasgow Warriors, FC Bruges, Brooklyn Nets and many more.
The benefits of the CryoSpa are numerous for the athlete's body: the digitally controlled temperature, via a high-performance chiller, combined with the unique positioning of the jets maximise the therapeutic effect in order to keep players on top of their game. All these factors form an integral part of the recovery strategy, delivering optimum athlete recovery1, which minimises fatigue2 and helps prevent injury3.

Clive Brewer, the renowned Strength & Conditioning Coach and current Assistant Director of High Performance for the Toronto Blue Jays has said that the predominant problem encountered by athletes is under-recovery rather than over-training.
Likewise, Gregory Dupont of Lille FC / University of Lille stated, at the FIFA Football Medicine Strategies for Muscle and Tendon Injuries in April 2013 at Wembley Stadium, that the main precursor of injury is fatigue and the main strategies for combating fatigue and thereby lowering the risk of injury are good diet, good sleep, hydration and cold water immersion.
The optimum ice bath therapy4 is the CryoSpa Sport, ideal for up to four athletes, with its 20+ jets and unique patent protected design5. It has proven to be 'an integral part of recovery strategy6' for many professional sports clubs, delivering optimum athlete recovery, minimising fatigue and lowering the risk of injury.
Tip for teams: the flexibility of the CET CryoSpa is particularly important if you have a diverse range of players with varying tolerances for cold!
The CET range of spas combine the best of cold hydrotherapy practices with modern technology to enable athletes to train harder whilst recovering quicker.
